Challenge Events
Together we can transform lives
Up for a challenge in support of young refugees?
Challenge events are a great way to raise funds for a cause you feel passionate about while also setting yourself a personal goal. Whether its running, cycling, or perhaps an extreme 10-mile obstacle course, there are a variety of ways you can put yourself to the test while also fundraising for Young Roots – and we’ll be cheering you on!
Take on a challenge event and join our growing community, standing together with young refugees. You'll be supporting hundreds of young refugees as they access our intensive one-to-one Casework, youth and sporting activities, English language mentoring, youth leadership and access to specialist therapeutic support and legal advice via our weekly Advice & Support Hubs.
Whether you already have a challenge idea and want advice on how to make it a fundraising success, or if you have a place in an event and want to know how we can support you, please get in touch with us.
You’ll receive:
A fundraising guide and resources to answer all your questions and learn more about our work
Dedicated contact to offer support for however suits you best
Support in spreading awareness about your fundraiser through our social media
If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch with us at fundraising@youngroots.org.uk.
